Cancellation Policy

Rapha Craniosacral Fascial Therapy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Should you fail to provide notice of cancellation within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be invoiced in full for the missed session. Clients that do not show up for their session will also be invoiced in full for the missed session.

Late Arrivals

Please text if you are running late to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your session, I will try to accommodate your full appointment if possible. Your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full session fee will still be due.
