Hello, I'm Nicole and I'm so happy you are here!

​For as long as I can remember I've been passionate about helping people. I believe that God designed our bodies with the innate wisdom to heal through connection.  I was a pharmacist for almost 14 years before God called me to stay home with my boys full-time as my beliefs had shifted.         

​My journey into bodywork started when my son received his first craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT) session for specific health issues he was struggling with.  I was captivated watching my son melt into the therapists hands as his body relaxed with such gentle touch and movement.  The health challenges improved significantly.  My eyes were opened up to the impact the craniosacral and fascial systems plays inside the body.  After experiencing a session myself I signed up for the next training! ​
