Scheduling sessions weekly or bi-weekly can help this system stay open longer allowing for more layers of fascial restriction to be released while creating new patterns inside the body.

Sessions are done fully clothed. Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for gentle movement and stretching. Please refrain from wearing dresses or skirts.

This will look different for everyone. Relaxation, emotional releases, symptom improvement, and releasing of old patterns are all possibilities. Changes can occur over the following days or weeks after a session is completed. The body releases fascial tension when it's ready.
