Hello, I’m Nicole, and I’m so happy you’re here!
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about helping people. I believe God designed our bodies with the innate wisdom to heal. Before starting bodywork, I spent nearly 14 years working as a pharmacist, until God called me to stay home with my boys full-time, and my perspective on motherhood and healthcare shifted.
I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) Practitioner, and Dynamic Body Balancing Facilitator. My journey into bodywork began when my son received his first CFT session nystagmus (shaking of the eyes). Watching him melt into the therapist’s hands—his body releasing tension with gentle touch and subtle movement—was a revelation. After one session, we noticed significant improvements, and I realized the profound impact the craniosacral and fascial systems have on the body. After experiencing a session myself, I immediately signed up for the next training, and I’ve been captivated by this work ever since.
Today, I work with infants, children, pregnant women, and adults, supporting everything from tension and discomfort to feeding challenges, alignment issues, and nervous system regulation. My approach is gentle, client-centered, and rooted in the belief that the body knows how to heal when it feels safe and supported.
I am deeply passionate about fascial therapy and I would be honored to support you and your family on your healing journey.
About Me
I believe our bodies were thoughtfully designed by God with an innate ability to heal. My work is gentle and intuitive, focused on supporting the body in releasing tension, finding ease, and restoring balance. I view the body as a whole system, where each part is interconnected, and I aim to help it function in harmony.
My approach is rooted in Gillespie Approach Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and Dynamic Body Balancing—hands-on modalities that work with the fascia and nervous system.
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) combines craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and dental techniques to gently release tension. Fascia is the web of connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, organs, and the nervous system. Tight fascia can create restrictions, compensation patterns, and discomfort, and it can affect the craniosacral system—the membranes and fluid around the brain and spinal cord.
Dynamic Body Balancing uses craniosacral therapy and myofascial unwinding to help the body release tension naturally, restore balance, and support nervous system regulation.
Through these modalities, I help infants, children, pregnant women, and adults experience relief, restored balance, and a sense of ease. Each session is tailored to the individual, allowing the body to do what it was created to do by God—heal.
A Whole Body approach
Who I help
Infants & Children – Breastfeeding challenges, tension from birth, colic/fussiness, nervous system regulation, discomfort
Pregnant Women – Relief from pregnancy discomfort, pelvic balance, preparing the body for birth, optimizing space for baby positioning
Adults – Chronic tension, stress, overwhelm, pain, sleep, and nervous system support
Personal Touch
I believe our bodies were thoughtfully designed by God with the ability to heal, and it is an honor to support that process for each person and family I work with through the healing hands of Jesus.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family. I homeschool my children, which has deepened my patience, curiosity, and ability to tune in to each individual’s unique needs—skills I bring into every session. I also enjoy reading, hiking, weight-lifting, playing basketball, board and card games, and watching my kids play sports.
